The Ajax KeyPad is a wireless touch keyboard designed for the intuitive management of your security system. It connects to Ajax hubs and range extenders using the encrypted Jeweller radio protocol, which ensures protection against forgery and allows for a communication range of up to 1700 meters in an open line of sight. This indoor device features 15 touch buttons and a slim white body measuring 150 x 103 x 14 mm. It is powered by four AAA batteries that provide up to two years of operation, while the integrated SmartBracket panel simplifies the installation process. To keep you informed, the keyboard provides clear indications for arming and disarming, and it includes a built-in temperature sensor to monitor your indoor environment. For added security, the system supports a duress code and protects against passcode guessing, while a case tamper sensor alerts you if someone tries to remove the device from the wall. It is suitable for users who want a flexible setup, as it allows for partial arming by specific zones. The device operates reliably in temperatures from -10°C to +40°C and humidity levels up to 75%, checking its connection every 12 seconds to ensure constant availability.
