The Ajax HomeSiren is a wireless indoor siren designed to provide an immediate audible alert as part of a security system. Using the Jeweller communication protocol, it connects to Ajax Hubs or range extenders with a line-of-sight range of up to 2,000 meters, ensuring a rapid alarm delivery time of just 0.15 seconds. This compact white device measures 75 × 76 × 27 mm and weighs 97 g, making it discreet when mounted inside. It produces a sound pressure level between 81 and 105 dB and features a built-in LED, though you can also connect an external LED indicator for better visibility. Built to operate in temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C, the unit is protected by an IP50 rating. Powered by two CR123A batteries, the siren can operate for up to 5 years without needing a replacement. The package includes the mounting plate and installation kit, allowing you to quickly set up the device in any room where a loud, reliable notification is needed to alert occupants or deter intruders.
