Grandstream GWN7661 Wi-Fi 6 In-Wall Access Point, Dual-Band AX1800, 4 Gigabit Ethernet Ports, 2x2 MU-MIMO, PoE 802.3af/at, IPX6 Rated, White
Description
The Grandstream GWN7661 is an in-wall access point designed to provide high-speed Wi-Fi 6 connectivity directly within a room's electrical infrastructure. It supports the IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax standard, delivering speeds up to 1201Mbps on the 5GHz band and 574Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. This performance is driven by four internal antennas and 2 x 2 MU-MIMO technology, which allows the device to handle over 500 concurrent clients efficiently. To ensure a stable connection for multiple users, it utilizes beamforming and UL/DL OFDMA, while integrated QoS helps prioritize critical traffic. Its compact white chassis measures 135 x 86 x 38.5 mm and weighs 185 g, making it discreet when installed. The unit features four 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports for wired device connectivity and is powered via PoE IEEE 802.3af/at. With an IPX6 rating, it is protected against powerful water jets, and it operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 50°C. This makes it a practical choice for hotels or offices where you need a combination of a wireless hub and a wired switch in a single, wall-mounted footprint. The package includes the access point, a mounting bracket, and a power adapter.
