Description
The Grandstream GWN7630LR is an outdoor long-range Wi-Fi access point designed to provide stable internet connectivity across expansive open areas. It utilizes the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wave-2 standard to deliver a total wireless throughput of 2.33 Gbps, splitting this capacity between 600 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 1733 Mbps on the 5 GHz band. This high speed is supported by dual-band 4x4:4 MU-MIMO technology, which allows the device to handle more than 200 concurrent clients without compromising performance. To ensure a wide reach, the unit comes equipped with four detachable 3.5 dBi omni-directional antennas that can extend coverage up to 300 meters. The hardware is housed in a white outdoor enclosure capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 60 °C, making it reliable for various climates. For connectivity and power, it features two Gigabit Ethernet ports and supports PoE/PoE+ auto-detection, simplifying the installation process by reducing the need for separate power cables. Network administrators can manage the system using an embedded controller for up to 50 local GWN series access points or utilize GWN.Cloud for unlimited management. The device also incorporates advanced QoS to maintain low latency for demanding applications and security features like anti-hacking secure boot and critical data lockdown, ensuring a protected environment for all connected users.
