The Ajax StreetSiren is a wireless outdoor siren designed to provide a powerful audible and visual alert for your security system. It utilizes the Jeweller radio protocol to maintain a stable connection with your hub over distances of up to 1300 meters in open areas, ensuring a rapid alarm delivery time of just 0.3 seconds. You can adjust the sound level between 85 and 113 dB through the mobile app to suit your environment, while bright LEDs provide a clear visual signal that an event has occurred. Built for durability, the device features an IP54 protection rating that keeps dust and moisture out, allowing it to operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C. The black housing is reinforced with a metal mesh protecting the buzzer and includes an integrated accelerometer and tamper button to detect any attempts to remove or open the unit. Measuring 200 × 200 × 51 mm and weighing 528 g, it can be mounted on either exterior or interior walls. Power is provided by four CR123A batteries, which can last up to 5 years, though an optional 12 V DC external power supply input is available for those who prefer a wired connection. This setup is ideal for homeowners or business owners who want a visible deterrent that integrates seamlessly with Ajax hubs and signal extenders like the ReX.
